Trading times
Saturday, 8 March: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday, 9 March: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Stall types
Applications are open for the following stall categories:
- Food: Showcase the flavours of Pasifika cuisine.
- Hangi/Umu/Lovo cooking pit
- Retail: Crafts, art, clothing, music, and more.
- Information: Share knowledge and insights on relevant Pacific-related matters.
- Charities: For charitable organisations, must provide proof of charitable trust.
- Please note, only non-alcoholic beverages are available for sale.
Power supply and fee updates:
Retail and information stalls include 1x 10 amp power this year. Please note this change has resulted in a fee increase from $640.00 to $800.00.
Pasifika stallholder payment plan
We’re pleased to offer a flexible three-installment payment plan to make participation easier:
- First installment: A 40% deposit to secure your stall site. Pay within two weeks of receiving your invoice.
- Second installment: A 30% payment, due by 15 February 2025.
- Final installment: The remaining 30% payment, due by 8 March 2025, before the festival begins.

Important dates
- Applications close: Sunday, 5 January 2025.
- Stallholder information meeting: Thursday, 23 January 2025, at Fickling Convention Centre, 546 Mount Albert Road, Three Kings, Auckland (Details to be confirmed by Thursday 16 January 2025).
This meeting will provide crucial guidance on stall setup, health and safety, event requirements, and other key aspects to ensure your success at Pasifika Festival.
The Pasifika Festival is proudly delivered by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited on behalf of Auckland Council, in partnership with the Pasifika Festival Village Charitable Trust, which upholds the cultural integrity and community accessibility of this cherished and significant event.
