Stallholder Frequently Asked Questions

The partnership with ANM offers several benefits to stallholders. You will have access to a dedicated, expert team that will assist with all aspects of the event operation, including health and safety compliance, marquees, power supply, event logistics, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the festival. This support aims to ensure your experience is as smooth and efficient as possible, allowing you to focus on providing your best service to festivalgoers.

The additional cost reflects Auckland Night Markets' service fee, as well as the rising operational costs associated with the event. These increased costs are necessary to maintain the high standards of the festival, ensuring we can continue to deliver a world-class event.

We chose to partner with Auckland Night Markets (ANM) to enhance the overall experience for both stallholders and visitors. ANM brings a dedicated team that specialises in service management, which ensures smooth operations and a better experience for all. Many of our food stallholders were already working with ANM, making this a natural partnership. Partnering with ANM also assists us with offsetting operational costs across the event which have risen significantly since the COVID-19 pandemic. This also helps us with reinvestment back into the event to ensure our communities can enjoy a free and fantastic experience.

There are no changes to the criteria for stallholders. Tātaki Auckland Unlimited continues to set the criteria for the event, and while Auckland Night Markets is now managing the logistics, the overall requirements for participation remain the same as in previous years.
