A journey which started with a non-consensual customer service shift outside TK MAXX in Macclesfield has lead him around the world and directly into the orbit of the world’s biggest sporting figures. He’s confused Premiership footballers, been threatened by heavyweight boxers and improved the vocabulary of Formula 1 legends.
In this show Troy examines his unlikely genesis and explores exactly why a well-dressed man simply being nice to people has caused such a kerfuffle.
Artist Bio:
Milo McCabe is a character stand-up with a career spanning over ten years headlining the biggest comedy clubs across the UK. As Troy Hawke he has garnered multiple award nominations and wins in various festivals across the world and sold out his Edinburgh 2019 and 2022 run and subsequent tours.
Troy Hawke is the moustachioed motivator of the high street. An erudite, homeschooled 1930s throwback, Troy is the founding (and currently sole) member of the Greeter’s Guild. Hobbies include scrabble, conspiracy theories and calling Man City’s Erling Haaland a “Tremendous Nordic Meat Shield”.

Bruce Mason Centre is 15-20 minutes by car from the city centre, and easily accessible by bus. The closest paid parking is the Killarney Street car park, operated by Auckland Transport.
