Five years ago, in the isolation of a world turned upside down, Come Together was born. What started as a bold celebration of legendary rock albums has since exploded into one of New Zealand’s most electrifying live concert experiences. With a powerhouse collective of the country’s finest musicians, these shows have drawn thousands of fans and critical acclaim, cementing Come Together as a must-see event on the music calendar.
Prepare for a full-throttle rock and roll explosion. Led Zeppelin II is, hands down, one of the heaviest, hardest-hitting albums ever made. Our Come Together musicians LOVE performing Zeppelin, and this show is going to shake the foundations of every venue we hit.
Lineup
Jennie Skulander, EJ Barnes, Julia Deans, Seamus Johnson, Milan Borich, Jol Mulholland, Brett Adams, Matthias Jordan, Mike Hall, Alistair Deverick.
Getting there Te huarahi ki reira
The Aotea Centre is a short walk up Queen Street from Britomart station, and the Civic car park is conveniently located beside the venue if you’re driving.
Local tip He tīwhiri mō te rohe
Check out the sculpture of celebrated Kiwi opera singer Dame Kiri Te Kanawa which sits on Level 3 of the Aotea Centre. It was created by local artist Terry Stringer and unveiled by Dame Kiri Te Kanawa herself when the auditorium was named in her honour in 2019.
