As if the scenic backdrop wasn’t enough, the Viaduct Events Centre proudly reflects the harbour city with a roof resembling a billowing white sail. Most recently, the vibrant three-storey venue was the home base of the Emirates Team New Zealand as they defended the 36th America's Cup in 2021.
The premier wharf venue is now home to major events, most notably the New Zealand Fashion Week. Located only steps from the waterfront eateries lining Wynyard Quarter, the Viaduct Events Centre makes it easy to tack on a scenic lunch or post-event drink.
Fun fact: Seawater is harnessed to supplement the heating and cooling of the building, which is just one of the factors granting the venue a 5-Star Green rating.

The Viaduct Events Centre is a 15-minute walk to the city centre and 13 minutes from Britomart Transport Centre. Paid parking can be found at Jellicoe Street Car Park.
