Toto Pizza use, mozzarella which is made for Toto using traditional Italian techniques, tomatoes are a San Marzano variety, (which are thinner and more pointy, and the flavour is stronger, sweeter and less acidic) and other cheeses, like the Grana Padano Parmigiano Italian origin, as are the cured meats.
