When it comes to food, special attention has been taken in preparing each dish, with a lot of emphasis taken in healthily cooking food, using minimum oils, no artificial colours, no added sugar, no msg, less salt, fresh chilli, fresh garlic, fresh ginger and just enough cream. All our food are sourced fresh daily to give you the best!
All products are sourced from FIANZ certified and trusted meat suppliers. We are not Halal certified as we have a bar on site.
For generations (even before our forefathers migrated to Fiji from India as indentured labourers), we have had our family masala recipe.
This consists of 31 herbs & spices such as cardamom, coriander, aniseed, cloves, cumin turmeric etc.
These exotic spices are processed the olden way, wash, dry and then lightly toasted and ground into fine powder. All spices are ground fresh on-site to give a taste of fresh flavours.
We endeavour to make sure that when guests come to our restaurant, they are always in for a special meal.
