Founded in 2020, The Falls Bistro brings West Auckland a new and exciting destination to celebrate food, drink and all things social. They are continually striving to live up to the moto "where quality meets comfort" and create the best dining experience that West Auckland has to offer.

The Falls Bistro is a project of love for owners The Morris's and The Pincheira's.

With a combined background in hospitality spanning over 70 years, the couples have plenty to offer this beautiful space.
Jess and Brad Morris, after spending many years running bars and restaurants in Auckland's CBD, (Mexican Cafe, Sponge, Galbrieth's, Paper Moon) are currently the proud owners of Victor and Vern's mobile coffee fleet, servicing West Auckland daily and often father afield for public events.

Hayz and Cristian Pincheira, who met working at the late Toto' Restaurant on Nelson Street, have come to work out West for the first time. 
After servicing the Ponsonby and Epsom crowds for the past few years (Miss Moonshine, Farina, Mekong Baby, Cornwall Park Bistro), the couples have been firm friends for many years, and with their collective and yet all separate strengths within the business, are thrilled to be able to bring the restaurant of their dreams to West Auckland.
