The Condo is a split level property, with the top level being an open plan modern kitchen (including all amenities), dining area and lounge room.

This opens out onto a large deck offering views over the Hauraki Gulf and Palm Beach. There is also a full bathroom on this level.

Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms as well as a further bathroom with bath and shower. The Condo comes equipped with Smart TV, stereo, Free WIFI and free off-street parking.
