Skyslide is a virtual reality experience that appears to have gone straight out of the future and into Auckland, and here's why thrill-seekers young and old will love it.

SkySlide's innovative technology takes you on an adrenaline-fueled 360-degree virtual reality tour of the city's skyline from 186 metres above the ground.

Feel the rush of speed as you soar and slide down imaginary glass tubes that wind around the Sky Tower. Fasten your seatbelts and ride SkySlide to see Tāmaki Makaurau like you have never seen it before.

SkySlide is open daily from 10am to 6pm., with the last entry at 5.30pm. Reservations are required and can be made online through the SkyCity Auckland website.
