Hui's Kitchen is a Chinese Restaurant located on Polarity Rise, Silverdale.
There is a comprehensive Northern Chinese menu with some dishes you will not find in other Chinese Restaurants, this is what makes Hui's stand out. Dishes such as Eggplant Potato and Capsicum, Dry Pot Potato and Pork Ribs, Poached Lamb with Fish in Hot Chilli Oil and Sauteed Pig Liver.
As well as the unusual dises all the old classic favourites are there, cooked to perfection.
Getting there Te huarahi ki reira
Silverdale can be reached via the Northern Motorway (State Highway 1). Take the Silverdale off-ramp and follow the signs to the suburb. Alternatively, you can catch a bus from the city centre and various other locations around the city.
