Join a lively, family-friendly Sunday morning market and leave the weight of the week behind. The Clevedon Village Farmers Market is a weekly event that takes place in the Clevedon Showgrounds, just a 45-minute drive from Auckland's CBD.
The Clevedon Village Farmers' Market was established in 2005 with the goal of giving farmers and producers a place to market and sell their high-quality, fresh, and diverse array of locally farmed produce to the public. The market has over 60 permanent and seasonal stalls and is a well-liked hangout for both locals and tourists, who enjoy not just the wonderful products available here but also the market's picturesque rural environment and its laid-back, welcoming vibe.
At the market, you'll find a wide variety of fresh, locally sourced produce, including fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, cheeses, bread, eggs, juice, baked goods, fresh flowers, and plenty more.
One of the best things about the Clevedon Village Farmers' Market is that you can meet the farmers and producers who grow and make the products you're buying—a true farm-to-table experience.
On fine days, kids are in for a treat as they can get a pony ride here and dogs are welcomed too.
The Clevedon Village Farmers' Market is open every Sunday from 8am to 1pm.
