We have created fully self-contained 2 cottages and 1 apartment and summer function pavilion for weddings and corporate events. Spectacular sunsets and seaviews lend nature to you. The location is sunny north facing and you are surrounded by 250 year old Pohutukawa trees (NZ's Christmas tree). Each has privacy and brick barbecue for fine weather cooking. The vast front lawn is ideal for games and the gardens are thoughtfully designed for relaxation. John and I (Trude) welcome you to the centre of the universe. Town: Swanson township is 20 minutes drive, Henderson 25 minutes and Auckland city is 40 minutes directly west of Auckland's CBD., Airport: 50 minutes through the Waterview tunnel and shuttle service or drive to Auckland International Airport., Bus: Swanson has bus and train services. The train is great and takes you to city central. Park in the Swanson car park., Parking: Yes plenty of parking on lawn and shuttle service turning/parking. Helicopter landing. Limousine and 25 seaters parking/turning.
