Bagel Love has been inspired by the simple yet intricate process of New York bagels, we set out to bring them to your corner of the world.
Our dough is carefully mixed, shaped and placed in a chilled environment overnight, to prove slowly.
They are poached to give them the signature chewy outside, and soft middle.
Then baked and served fresh and with love every day.
All of our bagels are vegan, except the cheese ones and we don't use preservatives.
Open since 2008 our flagship bagel headquarters is located right in the heart of Auckland CBD at Wellesley Street.
